Café Dolce – Marketing Case Study


Café Dolce came to us last year looking to increase their brand awareness, sales, and social profile. They are already a well-known café in the heart of Lancaster; however, they didn’t have a huge social following and knew they could do more to push the business online.​ We worked closely with them mainly focusing on their social platforms to put in place a strategic plan that would drive brand awareness and sales.

Firstly, we believed great video content was at the heart of the whole strategy. With the rise of short form video content over the last few years, this was how we knew we could expand organic reach. Over the next few months, we filmed some great new eye-catching content and put in place both a paid ads and organic content plan.

Over the coming few months some of these videos organically got up to 10 million views on Instagram and skyrocketed the businesses social profile. Let the stats below, explain the rest:
